This is a super easy recipe that is great for a snack or a dessert treat. You don’t have to feel too guilty about eating one of these and with all the healthy fats and protein, it should really take the edge off being hungry. It will also satisfy your chocolate sweet-tooth!

If you haven’t had chia seeds before, note that they may stick around in your popsicle and give you some texture.
Makes 8 Popsicles
Protein per Popsicle = About 4g
1 can coconut milk (full fat, unsweetened, from a CAN)
3 Tbsp chia seeds
2.5 Tbsp almond butter
4 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
2 tsp ginger (optional)
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Pour into a popsicle container. Freeze for a few hours, until solid. It’s as easy as that!
