PALEO CINCO DE MAYO RECIPES

Before celebrating Cinco de Mayo, it’s important to know the meaning behind the name. Cinco de Mayo is not Mexico’s Independence day (that is September 16th – which I know since our whole neighborhood goes crazy with partying!). Cinco de Mayo is the celebration of The Day of the Battle of Puebla, which you can read more about HERE on wikipedia.
