I like to call these cookies “Butter BOMBS”, so the tune of the day will be “Bombtrack” by Rage Against the Machine.
These cookies are so creamy in texture and easy to make! The best part is, they are not meant to be super sugary, so I noticed I’m pretty satisfied with just having one or two. I was tempted to add a little sugar, but I know that will throw of the carb-ratio as well as making them wayyyyy more tempting. But honestly, these little guys are a perfect the way they are… a treat when I need an extra boost in the afternoon (in case I got hungry and needed some more FAT!) or for my late-night sweet tooth.
Side note: I doubled the recipe so I would have more! Does that make me good or evil? mwahaha
If you need something fun to help you through your keto diet, I would definitely recommend making these! All I can say is thank goodness for treats like these during my first week of keto! I’m going to have to go back to Fit Living Foodies and make all their recipes… Haha. :)
