Why I Started This Blog

I believe that a healthy mind and a healthy body are keys to opening the door on true happiness and freedom. Eating real food, being active, and practicing self love / positive body image can make us all feel great inside and out. The more we pass along positive ways to live and eat, the better we will all feel.

I love that the online healthy community can be so supportive, inspiring, and empowering. It is something I love being part of by spreading the word of self love, health, and happiness.

  1. Wow – this is great! I feel that we have a lot in common and I’m impressed with your changes! I’ve always lived a “healthy” lifestyle – but after partying a little too hard in high school, I was 145 pounds at 5’2″ and feeling horrible. I’ve always had slight medical issues that have gone undiagnosed for years (migraines, severe neck/back pain, fatigue, constantly cold) and when I cut out sugar and processed foods, it all changed! You look great – and I’m sure you feel better. Keep it up!
